I have pushed the staircase a bit further toward the top of the plan. This results in the staircase section having a 2m partition wall plus just under 130 cm at the head of the stairs.
What is so horrible about the bathroom? Ideal .. sink by natural light .. toilet is separate, a really large shower, tub set forward enough to get out without a headache, and nice niches for bathroom cabinets.
Slightly adjusted version: (also moved the office door again, creating a nice corner in the hallway).
Personally, I find the sofa too big for the house's external dimensions. Basically, you really need a quarter of the ground floor layout for it.
I still prefer the way the staircase leads upstairs; the straight staircase makes sense because you come into an airy area with natural light, which you can also see from below.
Furthermore, I find storage room doors that open into the living area look like a makeshift solution. And that in a new house.
