Planning of heating and ventilation technology for KfW 40-Plus single-family house

Hello everyone,

attached is the offer from the heating technician for the ventilation system + heating + rough installation sanitary.

Is this mostly okay from your point of view? Does the price/performance ratio match?
The dimensioning of the ventilation system still has to be finalized according to the heating technician.

At first glance, it seems very cheap to me. Then for ventilation + heating + rough installation a total of 39.5 TEUR minus approx. 11.0 TEUR BAfA funding.
For the sanitary equipment, we have budgeted another 18 TEUR including installation.

So I would say that all looks quite okay. The storage tank would need to be checked where and how exactly it should be installed. That it is only for domestic/drinking water and not also for heating.

The uniSTOR is only intended for hot water, that's fine, however I am surprised by the heating capacity of the offered heat generators or the fact that two different power devices are being offered. The heating engineer must know which one fits best.

I would also plan for an external current anode for the storage tank. It costs little, but you have peace of mind forever.

There is still a compact buffer storage listed under the heat pump/Unistor sets and not as an alternative position...
