Then it fits quite well!

Top. Looking forward to it

The heating engineer said during the phone call something about currently installing heat pumps that only require a flow temperature of 28 degrees to adequately heat the room. Could that be true? I had once read something about a minimum of 30 degrees.

Yes, if the entire system is properly designed (design of heating circuits, spacing of pipes, and hydraulic balancing).

This is not a matter of the heat pump, but depends on the design of the underfloor heating. However, it already makes a good impression. I would not expect a guesswork "we’ve always done it this way" design now.

Hi,
here is a reference value for our heat pump + controlled residential ventilation: Alpha Innotec 6KW brine-water heat pump + Maico controlled residential ventilation costs approx. €20,000 net including installation. However, from the air distributors onward, we install the controlled residential ventilation pipes ourselves, saving a bit; we do this not only for the money.

Both semi-detached houses are each slightly smaller than your house but consist of 2 living units each. I think you will therefore be somewhat higher. The drilling (2x 110m for the entire house with approx. 300m²) costs each party €5K net so far without renegotiation. The house is also KfW40+ (even passive house).

The underfloor heating for my 128m² I believe costs around €10K net, but that already includes the entire floor insulation, partly with expensive WLG 023 ;-(

But I might be mistaken about the underfloor heating, it seems a bit high to me just now...

According to calculations, as far as I remember correctly, a heat pump with 6KW would have been sufficient for the entire house since the demand was at 5.3. However, this did not work because of the real division.

If I haven't miscalculated, you come to a total of approx. 42 TEUR with EL including drilling. I think my 40' plus drilling is quite realistic.

Can you already get a fixed price for the drilling with the help of the soil report, or is it always just an offer and possible additional costs come on top?
