I never claimed that either. 30 seconds to open, then you can do something else, and after 15 minutes or however long you close the windows again in 30 seconds. Take 5 minutes a day for just opening and closing, then you are generous about it. Of course, if you always have to clear the entire window of plants first, it will naturally take longer.

But I understand your last argument about construction costs: Everyone complains, but installs nice-to-haves worth €50,000 if you include the additional square meters for pantry, dressing room, and kids’ bathroom.

A special repayment can be sensible, but it doesn't have to be - if I currently have extra money, I prefer to invest it at 4% rather than save 1% in interest.

We already had this topic. It doesn’t work because you don’t get these interest rates at the beginning and constantly. Look, when and I built, these interest rates didn’t exist. Now you might get them as a new customer for 3 months, possibly also for a year. But that would be a drop in the bucket. And for those who see that you don’t have to pay interest on special repayment money anymore, it’s a bad deal. That is always overlooked. You can’t get rid of money on which you have to pay interest in a healthy way.
