Do you mean our roof Alex85? No, we are not getting a flat roof and have a 25 degree roof pitch... And the roof orientation cannot be changed due to the development plan... It wouldn't make sense for our house anyway...

Even though many sellers think that East-West is the latest trend, it also makes absolutely no sense from a calculation perspective on a flat roof in a single-family house with a system size below 10kWp, unless you want/need to utilize every square centimeter.

okay, so you consciously decided against it? On a flat roof, you usually have the choice. The idea is to compensate for the lower yield from east/west with higher self-consumption. But of course, this always relies on assumptions that it will be worthwhile.
