I would feel comfortable in this house!!! :D
How much have you budgeted for the outdoor facilities?
I still have one or two thoughts – no, not the passage from the garage to the freezer room!
I would design the storage room next to the kitchen (outside, not the cloakroom) as a built-in cupboard (so make it smaller), then you would have a hallway without doors to the kitchen, without having to go through the dining room and a storage room. The two doors take up space anyway, you can't put anything there.
Maybe swap the dressing room with the office, then in the morning you don't disturb the other person after the bathroom and still have enough storage space for seasonal clothing – door (office) would of course need to be changed then.
I like some details, like the shelves above the stove in the living area :D
Have you planned blinds?
Really very stylish, yet cozy :)
I would like to fulfill the wish to answer your questions :)
The outdoor area has not been priced yet. This is because, except for the terrace, nothing has been planned. During the house construction phase, only the terrace and access path will be built up. We do not yet know exactly how the design will turn out. The plot slopes about 60cm from north to south over a length of 30 meters. We are still undecided whether to fill anything in there or how it will be in detail.
Swapping the office and dressing room won't work. The dressing room is even smaller by a corner. That would be too small for me.
Regarding the venetian blinds, we decided against them and will take the classic roller shutters. We live on the edge of a field, on a hillside (our plot is located on a fairly flat "pedestal") and it is sometimes really very stormy in the area. The wind always goes through the valley there and back up the slope. I can imagine that this is not so healthy for the slats in the long run.
