Me and no one can plan sight lines if the garden does not yet exist, so there is no rejection... please no insinuations :) If present, TE would have already included them (in this thread).

Exactly, sight lines are created... from inside to outside, from outside to inside. Inside, from wall to corner... etc... ;) ... by the way, this also works in a terraced house – so also in this single-family house with this choice of windows... (if not even better)

Good evening,

Done ;-)

Floor plans are always something very personal, so I usually do not comment on them. What puzzles me, however, is why the bathroom is located above the living room?

Rhenish regards

I would like to fulfill the wish to answer your questions :)

The outdoor area has not been priced yet. This is because, except for the terrace, nothing has been planned. During the house construction phase, only the terrace and access path will be built up. We do not yet know exactly how the design will turn out. The plot slopes about 60cm from north to south over a length of 30 meters. We are still undecided whether to fill anything in there or how it will be in detail.

Swapping the office and dressing room won't work. The dressing room is even smaller by a corner. That would be too small for me.

Regarding the venetian blinds, we decided against them and will take the classic roller shutters. We live on the edge of a field, on a hillside (our plot is located on a fairly flat "pedestal") and it is sometimes really very stormy in the area. The wind always goes through the valley there and back up the slope. I can imagine that this is not so healthy for the slats in the long run.

I had already started a topic about this a while ago. This is due to the orientation of the cardinal directions and we always liked it that way, so we left it as is. A solution to the drainage problem, however, is one that I am satisfied with and therefore no longer saw any need to have it changed necessarily.

Elsewhere it was also mentioned: bedroom above utility room. That is also no problem in terms of noise.

Oh, then I hope you still have enough in store, because the design looks very good, but correspondingly also very elaborate for a Glabauer :) But filling also has something to do with evenness :)

I don’t understand that now, because by swapping it would get bigger?!?!?!?!
