I also do not see the "noise background" of the utility room; unless you install an integral system (air-water heat pump + ventilation in one unit); these "small" parts can sometimes be quite disturbing.

But out of interest: how did your architect solve the drainage?

In the living room, a partition wall is drawn. Drainage is definitely routed here.

Correct, but we did not solve it as a complete wall cladding, rather accentuated and set forward with integrated spots.

Hello,

to be honest, that would neither be sufficient nor pleasing to me.

As long as only your partner and you live in the house, there is nothing to object to such a (usual) solution. When children come along, the situation looks completely different during the teenage years. Especially since you have all the possibilities for another solution on the upper floor ... without loss of comfort.

Is the office upstairs absolutely necessary? If not, the entire upper area (bathroom, office, sleeping) could be designed as a "parent area." For example, sleeping on the far left, dressing room in the middle, parent bathroom on the right. This way, the bathroom would be directly above the technical room. I would then make the access to the "parent area" through the bedroom (or through the dressing room). The current dressing room could then be turned into, for example, a children's bathroom with access through the hallway.

That is why integrated planning. The garden is not the last link in the chain, as I understood you here:

"the garden should adapt to the windows and the sight positions"

Its design is embedded early in the draft, based on the plot, neighboring buildings, client wishes, etc. The sightline, for example into the planned garden (or specifically to the planned pond, the rowan tree, the sculpture, ...) is planned along with many other factors, and windows should enable the overall experience.

What is said above of course does not apply to catalogue house "Lieblos 125".
