To quote Loriot: the duck stays outside. Assuming a usual mix (one of the cars settles for the Golf class), you can also get by with 5.20 m double garage interior width. Anyone who needs 3 m of driving lane width per car in their own garage will only survive city traffic with tranquilizers. And I prefer to build a separate box for the trash cans rather than reduce the size of my house for that.

OK, everything done correctly. Fortunately, we have a garbage bin shed and a bicycle cellar with its own access.

Yes, of course, it is not just for cars, but on one wall side a small workshop will be placed

And if the trash bin shed is close enough to the street, you don’t have to take the trash bin out before emptying; the garbage collection does that (at least that’s how it is for us).

With children, I definitely recommend cars with sliding doors *g* and then it fits again

Note: The garage is almost more important than the house, especially with children. Our garage is 8 x 9m and could gladly be a bit bigger.

The house floor plan is of course very "special, dull," but if you like it, it's okay. Personally, I would be bothered by:
- Entrance area too small and not nicely designed for the house size
- Cloakroom concept missing
- Guest bathroom far too small
- No pantry/storage room
- Kitchen "pressed" into the corner
- Master bathroom is also very small for the house size, feels cramped
- Dressing room far too small
- Overall space throughout the entire house poorly utilized

The whole house actually looks like self-drawn; I can hardly imagine an architect was involved?

Maybe you should have informed yourselves here beforehand, but you get used to a lot also. So chin up!
