Our house design with 259 sqm living area on the ground floor and upper floor, double garage

Our garage is 8 x 9m and could definitely be a bit bigger.

Are there cars in there as well or just junk?

In summer, only the fancy car is in the garage, the kids' stuff, and a small workbench. Trash bins stand in their own little house.

In winter, both cars come in and most of the kids' stuff/bikes go into the garden shed, no desire to scrape...

But I have to say I have a fondness for vehicles and have quite a few rides standing around..

I wanted to get back to you regarding the criticism of our floor plan. We have now had the door to the hallway in the master bathroom on the upper floor closed. Three doors in the bathroom were just too many for us after all. The master bathroom can now only be accessed through the dressing room. However, the toilet in the master bathroom retains the extra door and opens "outwards" into the bathroom. This way, someone can sit on the toilet undisturbed while someone else is still in the bathroom. We now think this is the perfect solution.
