I wouldn't be so sure about that. Sure, more square meters cost more, but a bay window is comparatively more expensive than straight walls. Have that calculated! And as I said: such projections are made nowadays because they look nice. Whether you'll still like it in 20 years... I tend to keep it very simple: little fuss and it remains timeless. But ultimately, it's your decision.

If you have already budgeted the design so tightly, I would strongly recommend going through everything in detail once again. It always costs more afterwards than initially thought. Have you already included flooring, tiles, bathroom ceramics, electrical work (you wouldn't believe how much a power outlet costs..) in the offers?

Hi, on Tuesday is the sampling and we already know in advance that it will be significantly more expensive. Better and colored front door, safer windows, the wardrobe niche, different heat pump, etc.... There is still quite a lot coming our way. Socket costs 35€ more per piece

The current plan is attached

Arrange the sockets with the electrician, he surely has cheaper prices. So keep quiet about extras in the contract until the craftsmen arrive. This applies at least to drywall, electrician, and plumbing, as well as tilers.

So with the sockets, just like the Sat key, we also wanted to clarify those on the construction site first. What about 2 frost-proof outdoor taps? For the sanitary installations, we wanted to have the double washbasin removed from the calculation and possibly purchase it ourselves. What about a shelf/niche in the shower to place shower products, during the sampling or with the craftsmen? Ceiling spotlights/lighting, also preferably with the electrician? Enlarging the door, so 10cm higher, with whom? Sorry, I’m not really sure what all belongs to the trade of a drywall installer etc.

Ah forgot and very important, our standard windows are, if we're lucky, in basic protection RC1, but I don't think so. We want ones in RC 2, say that during the sampling or with the window manufacturer on the construction site? Do they have to give us the company names beforehand so we can make contact? That stuff also has to be ordered in advance.
