lol.... I understand
I mean, of course, everything for the guest WC: move the door a bit and then carve off one square meter from the utility room floor area at the back and add it to the emergency bathroom (-> move walls), so that you then get a built-in shower. Toilet and washbasin then on the other side

We had initially planned this variant as well. But then I had the problem with the reduced utility room. However, if you pinch off something from the kitchen for that, which can happen internally (so without window loss), that might also be a possibility. Maybe even a bit more than in your picture, which would also reduce the walking distances in the kitchen (which would then resemble an L in terms of room shape).

I need to think about it and experiment a bit!

Thank you for your effort!

That would be only about half a square meter, since you can straighten the wall (toilet/utility room). This way you immediately gain space in the utility room and have no wall blocking the entrance. Another kitchen variant with a children's seating area and tall cabinets on the wardrobe wall as well as the upper floor with an adequate master bedroom and 2 children's rooms, with one of them giving some space to the other on the central wall. This results in two closet niches without needing to move any windows, and the room sizes balance out. In the bathroom, the shower can be built in, and if the toilet is moved, a space arises where you can build a wall cabinet or shelf with drywall.

Of course, it can be done differently in the bathroom - shower to the front I assume that the chimney shaft will be removed?

Wow, thank you for your effort!

We will take a close look at it and consider how we will proceed.

Exactly, the chimney is omitted.
