And how far forward do you want to use it? No one will even notice later that it's a roof terrace... with the seamless transition into the garden

We would like to use it completely as a terrace all the way to the front by the street very probably. But the draftsman had already drawn it in when we arrived. He apparently became aware that it is not a problem after he discussed it with me and I basically said that we would just leave it like that now and simply use it as a terrace.

Aren't you then sitting on a plate for display? I would at least plan a planting or standing strip for bushes. Everyone here is scared stiff if the street is still visible from the terrace "oh dear, our neighbors can see us," and you are planning a stage ;)

We are taller than everyone else. We are the tallest building. Next to it is just a green strip with a path. We will probably put some bamboo or something in a pot there. From the street, you can hardly look up there because of the angle.
