The latter. Pragmatically, yes. In BW, the planned terrain is apparently decisive for the heights, in BY, I believe, as usual, the original terrain. From both, I see that the basement on average does not rise more than the famous one point forty.

Thanks! Me neither.

However, according to the state building code, the terrace doesn’t seem to be a problem. The neighbor law shouldn’t apply since there are no neighbors, right?

I just have to sit in front of the guy on Thursday and argue.

Regarding the savings in the wrong place. I didn’t know that he wasn’t an architect. He called himself that on the phone and the sales guy called him that too. We just looked for a construction company and the current one convinced us the most. So far everything has gone perfectly. But I can’t deal with the gut drawer.

I don't see you having to argue at all. He corrects faulty data in the application without any ifs or buts, and you let him omit the terrace drawing.

And how do I handle it later so that I can use it as a terrace? What do I have to do for that (bureaucratically speaking)?

I don’t see anyone stopping you from covering the garage roof with panels. Before using it as a terrace, have the railing retroactively approved. What a drama you’re making about the drawing of your terrace ... how many diligent cards did it take in your school days to get a holy picture?

Well, that's easy to say if you are familiar with the subject and know that it's just a formality or something. For me, it's important that I know for sure that it can then be used as a terrace
