Nevertheless, he is probably one where you should take Yvonne's subtle hint to heart and take a closer look at other parts of the plans as well - for example here.

Ok, if that bothers someone, it's annoying, I like the sound of the rain. However, it also depends on what kind of window you have. With our double casement windows, you hardly hear the rain any louder than through a normal window.

Wow, I like that. Feeling of tent and vacation :)

We also only have 2.35 upstairs... not disturbing. We didn't pay attention either, but 2.50 (upstairs) would be nicer.

Upstairs we have an open ridge. So no ceiling installed. In the ground floor 2.46m. Only the basement/cellar is 2.30, which is completely okay for me.

Do you have the problem reports, that is the doorless room etc., and the responses to them in writing? We don’t want it to be said later that you approved the plans like that. If the worst case occurs, no one will remember oral agreements or assurances.

There is no need for an additional window in the bedroom. Therefore, you can omit the dormer. If you want a window in the dressing room, a double casement window will do. Then you won't hear the rain while sleeping. The dormer looks s... and is unnecessary, it only costs money.

I once had a double casement window right above the bed for a while. That was really great. ;)
