The 4m width is due to the right angles; overall, the 55sqm buildable floor area is fully utilized. House connections should be placed in the basement, where a house connection room is also planned. Regarding the kitchen design, I don't see a U-shape; I had already had one drawn, but I didn't like it at all. I liked a version with a small kitchen island better, but the location of the kitchen is still not ideal. I also like ideas thrown out there, if there are any. I also had doubts about the shower in the bathroom, but I am just under 1.60m tall, and my draftsman said that the slope is not a problem. I have also looked at the showers of some neighbors, so I no longer worry about it.

And, what about my questions regarding the living room .. meaning of [Wohnküche]?

And, it’s a pity that you want us to gather ideas here first without revealing your ideas. That dampens my enthusiasm a bit because I don’t feel like coming up with something where some premises, which you unconsciously set with your furnishing, are not met. You must not forget, after all, we don’t know you.

I would swap the stairs and the toilet downstairs. Then a nice layout with a wardrobe and a more walkable staircase could be created.

It's a pity that the plot is so poorly buildable, considering it is so large and offers a great view.

, yes and I don’t know you either, but I have still already revealed a lot, please don’t feel forced into anything, and I don’t expect anyone else here or in my environment to commit as much as I do. A sufficiently large counter with seating (bench and stools) would be enough.

, yes it would be bad if the building window did not allow 55sqm of construction like many plots with wild-built huts up there. So I can only see it positively. If I swap the stairs with the toilet, what should it look like then? Should the stairs to the basement also be swapped? Not a bad point, and what do you say about the kitchen?

Now I still don't know anything about the living area of the [Wohnküche] ;).

I wouldn't design it completely without partitions. I personally think it's good if the entrance is not immediately visible from the dining table or sofa, and I also miss a separation for the small mess in the entrance area as well as the toilet. The staircase is somehow squeezed into the corner, and so is the toilet. I still don't really see the point, since you could use both as room dividers. The 55 sqm are fully utilized in terms of floor space? Incredible that so much goes to the exterior walls.
