I also like V2 quite a bit. It's something different.
(V1 with the WC door placed differently is also good, but overall too boring for me)

I never understand this: does it ALWAYS rain directly in front of your front door?
This year January was bad with rain, but it doesn’t rain constantly. You don’t always get wet either.... and take a look outside
V1 would have a good advantage with the front door there.

What about the distance on the left to the neighbor? Wouldn't that be a bit small, or would you accept that for the "better, unobstructed" view?

If you rotate the house, it is in my opinion nicer to consistently place the living spaces facing the terrace and the garden. Therefore my question, why does the kitchen have to be facing the street? I would not be afraid of views into the house. It would be much more important to me that my terrace is as far away from the neighbor as possible, rather than my kitchen. If I sing badly in the kitchen, I can close the window, but if I gossip about my neighbor on the terrace, he might hear it if I sit too close. (Which of course I never do ) Also, of course I much rather want to watch my little flowers grow than stare at the neighbor trimming his hedge. Of course.

... that it might be exaggerated: according to the map excerpt, it is indeed within sight, but only in the over neighboring planning area, with a narrow strip of field plots in between (and how far at the same level is not visible there). Which mob is expected to rampage there – Park & Ride to the Russian disco, fan section of illegal street races, ... ?

The clatter with the baskets can be annoying. The car traffic is loud too and the battles over toilet paper even more so.

However, first it would have to be clarified whether such a little wall is allowed to be built.

I roughly sketched it in relation (the arrow marks where I suspect the entrance of the net)
