Can't the house be placed on the eastern border? Then you would have a nice southwest garden "in front."
That's exactly what an architect suggested as well. But the whole family didn't like that idea. The main argument against it was that they want to have seclusion and peace at the back (in the east) without disturbing neighbors in front and on the side. For that, we then have little sun in the afternoon, which is actually a pity.
Then the idea came up to build the 9m long garage on the north side with a terrace on top, so you would have sun on the terrace in the afternoon. But the terrace on the north garage will probably remain just a wish.
