A window band is long and narrow and has a high parapet.

The wastewater from the sink goes directly out of the building without having to be connected to a soil pipe.

You would have to explain where the soil pipe is going, after all, it goes through the kitchen! So preferably there in a corner... this then has to be marked accordingly in the bathroom.

I looked at the plan of the ground floor again (see attachment).

Ideally, as I see it, it would be at the bottom (street side) on the right, as this would widen the wall projection located there on the ground floor by the thickness of the downpipe. Bottom left would not be much worse, in which case the cabinet in the kitchen might have to take the cutout into account.

That would be a good location, yes. I see you don’t have the wastewater planning yet. But please redraw the stairs in the bathroom: how can the first post fit the ground floor? Purposeful: is it still possible to move the door to the bathroom?

Hi!

The staircase in my sketches is the staircase from the 1st floor to the studio. The staircase from the ground floor to the first floor is not in my sketches.

The door can therefore be moved to the right to some extent. To the left looks difficult because of the staircase.

(I have also attached the plan of the studio for better understanding)

But then the downpipe on one kitchen side is no longer an option. I see the pipe on the left side at the bottom – because of the bathroom in the studio. Everything else would be pointless. So the toilet roughly where I have drawn the shower. BUs say everything is possible, but if you ever have a clogged pipe, it would be annoying to have to break down a wall in the bathroom. (The question is whether the BU is planning a supply shaft somewhere more centrally, but that seems pointless there because of the stairs.) How many people will use the bathroom? How much washbasin surface do you want in length?

The thing with the bathroom in the studio I had already repressed. Therefore, you are of course right, the downspout only makes sense at the bottom left.

There are three of us, two adults and our 8-year-old daughter.
