Hello,
thank you very much already for the great suggestions.
I hadn’t really thought of the idea of structuring before, but it definitely makes sense to consider it. The T-design looks nice on the plan, since there is even space left for a bigger closet. However, I haven’t seen something like that in real life yet (especially regarding brightness in the shower/toilet corner).
I don’t quite understand the "L" thing yet. Where exactly would the sink go then?
: With your suggestion, I’m not quite clear how the window is supposed to look or where exactly it is? Should it stay as in my plan or move further to the right / with the same sill height?
I haven’t given any thought to the position of the waste pipe yet. On the ground floor, the kitchen is supposed to be under the bathroom. There, the sink will presumably be located roughly in the middle of the room on an island. That means, as I understand it, the waste pipe could presumably be on either the left or right wall in one of the corners. Most likely in one of the street-side corners in order not to hinder the furnishing of the kitchen below.
In terms of room size, perhaps a slight reduction by pushing down the upper wall would make sense. This would allow for a larger dressing room and/or bedroom. At the very top, I did post the floor plan of the first floor. But I don’t think the square meters there would bring any incredible benefit.
Best regards,
Christian
