Should they from a certain age. Will probably be as neat and tidy as their children's rooms

This is not a child-rearing problem, it is a mother-rearing problem. Where offspring have not learned this, it is usually the mothers who hardly give up the after-hyper-cleaning. In such cases, children are then "capable of learning".

Unfortunately, upbringing only works up to a certain age. Until the beginning of puberty, this was no problem at all. Apparently, puberty makes you forget all upbringing. I take it easy and don't have to use the bathroom either.

Best regards

That would currently be a disaster with our boys in their late teens.
There is no good educational reason against children's bathrooms. You don't need them; they are a luxury. When planning our current townhouse in 2001, we specifically added an extra bathroom and have never regretted it.

Hey,

we have revised our floor plan, some of your tips we found really good and have incorporated. Thanks a lot for that!

For example, we removed the gap to the garage, added a second bathroom upstairs.
We optimized the floor plans, especially the interiors. Walls are straightened, living room larger.
A glass door separates the kitchen and living/dining area. A utility room and technical equipment are to be installed in the garage.
Both the suite bathroom and bedroom are accessible through the dressing room.

We would like to ask a few questions / get your opinions:
1. Are there any problems if the technical equipment is housed in the garage?
2. We have space above the garage. Is a roof terrace worthwhile? We have 13,000 sqm of land, why would we need a roof terrace? (Currently a roof terrace with stairs is drawn there, but we think roofing felt without access would be sufficient?)
3. What do you think about the positioning of the covered terrace (behind the garage, right side of the building/kitchen), any suggestions for improvement?
4. Any other comments?

Thank you very much and best regards!

As far as heating technology is concerned: yes, the garage actually does not belong to the zone of the "thermal envelope," but the heating system does.
