Cooling is also possible with the air-water heat pump, but it is usually not so easy to do this through underfloor heating and must be specially planned in the building. With underfloor heating, it causes the floor to be the coldest area and thus leads to condensation on the floor, which would be bad for parquet. Also rather uncomfortable for walking.

As far as I know, the funding is further divided into basic and innovation funding. Basic starts at an annual performance factor of 3.5 and innovation from 4.5. Please inquire again precisely.

Basic funding is only available for existing buildings. For new buildings, only innovation funding applies.
That means that in new buildings, an annual performance factor >4.5 must be achieved.

On the internet, you can roughly calculate your system. The numbers came very close to those of my heating engineer. With my Alpha-Innotec system with good values (A7/W35 3.20 - A2/W35 3.80 - A10/W35 5.10), even by tweaking I only reach 4.1 in southern Germany and 4.3 in northern Germany.

forget the subsidy for an air-to-water heat pump in new buildings. We have thoroughly discussed the issue with them and had no success.

Hello

almost exactly 10 years ago I paid nearly 4,000 euros for the drilling including pipes. Two drillings of about 75 meters each were done. The worker at the time who performed the drillings already told me that such drillings will become immensely more expensive in the near future. Quite simply, because there are many who want a geothermal heat pump as heating. And you can obviously charge a lot of money for that.

We inquired about a deep borehole with a withdrawal power of approximately 11kw from one of the more reputable drilling companies here. It was supposed to cost us about 25,000€! In the end, however, we decided on an air heat pump for indoor installation. The whole thing was 20,000€ cheaper, but we can heat for a long time... In the end, we equipped our fireplace with a water jacket (firewood is almost free for us) and have a photovoltaic system in planning. I think that with this combination we are ultimately better off than with the deep borehole.

For new buildings, funding for an air-water heat pump is almost impossible. Don’t bother researching it, I’ve spent days on it, it’s not worth it!
