so if it should be very simple:
take a 45cm dishwasher front, plan the board dimensions for a custom-built carcass on paper and have it cut at a hardware store using 19mm boards and simple edge banding, screw it together sideways with Spax screws, the screw heads will be visible.
then make the pot holes for the hinges yourself in the 45cm front, taking the measurements from another, wider front.
instead of the custom-built carcass, you can also use the original Ikea carcass, but the front crosspiece (metal strip) is hard to shorten. however, you could simply have a white chipboard cut to size with a depth of 10cm and use this as the front crosspiece, just like it was the case with Faktum or is common with other kitchen manufacturers.
everything with drawers becomes more complicated because then you have to cut several fronts to the desired width. if you are a carpenter: do you produce the fronts yourself anyway and only use Ikea material for the base?
