Should an additional inspection chamber be installed somewhere?
In my opinion, it would at least make sense where your pipe (whether light blue or dark red, which to me looks more like brown) meets your neighbor's pipe.

If not, the coordination must start at the furthest connection point. In any case, this would be your neighbor’s GL planning.

In summary, this means it is even more important to provide proper height measurements. If your pipe is too high, your neighbor will have problems. If it is too low, the problem could eventually arise at the connection to the street.

So if all the pipes come from your side – that is, from yourselves – I would consider bringing a planner on board for it.
However, the structures of both houses regarding the base plate and height level must be available so that it is clear at what height you can even start.
For this, the terrain profile is needed, because the pipe must lie within the frost-protected area.
The fact that the finished floor level is the same in both houses at least makes things easier.

Is your neighbor building with the same construction company?

I would consider an inspection chamber useful where the light blue branch meets the dark blue one here. The neighbor only has the GFL right of way in the affected strip - so under the TE’s terrace toward the current chamber, he couldn’t claim it anyway. At some point, you have to get to the point, i.e., I didn’t want to wait until the neighbor (hopefully not a cousin of ) figures out the details of his house. According to the plan, is his house still just a placeholder based on the outlines, or is it at least "fixed" by now?

Ok, we had heard advice that it might actually be better to lay two separate wastewater pipes. So that both houses are not affected at once if one pipe is clogged. Or does it make sense to simply go even higher to DN200?
Especially since the GFL entitles the neighbor to lay his pipes through, but not necessarily to use my pipe. We get along well, but legal successors might see the whole thing differently.
So, dumb idea or sensible redundancy? I know the Berlin water works require a minimum distance of 1m between wastewater and drinking water pipes laid next to each other. But what about two wastewater pipes? Are there any reasonable minimum distances to consider?
We actually wanted to pave the access road only with grass pavers. Probably not very sensible with pipes underneath? Or can you absorb something with enough gravel under the soil layer?

We would do everything that makes sense. So yes, definitely in case of a connection with a common pipe and maybe before/after each change of direction?

Yes, I already inquired at a TGA office. I don’t know how they handle laying pipes on site. Maybe better to ask a civil engineer?
Are the elevation details on the site plan sufficient for a terrain profile? Quite a lot was torn down. Should we maybe have it surveyed again afterwards? Or can a civil engineer also do that with only relative measurements?

Yes.

The neighbor is already itching to get started. Here it’s the Berlin authorities who are dragging their feet.
He submitted his building application before me and mine has been approved for almost two months now.

My neighbor, with whom I actually get along pretty well, is unfortunately the type who does everything himself. I am now of the opinion that an experienced civil engineer should do the pipes. Or do you think it can be done within the EL?

More is not always better here. If you simply increase the dimensions at will, with an inappropriate slope the fill level will be undercut and the opposite of the desired effect will occur, causing problems. Just have the planning done by your joint contractor, according to whose specifications you build the pipes. That way, at least the planning comes from a single source. Alternatively, hire an MEP planning office.

Grass pavers in the GFL area I find good. Does any of you have a twelve-ton motorhome or what makes you worried about the overload?

Therefore, one (of your) lines must lie roughly as drawn in any case, so that he can still lay one or both next to it for himself. I do not assume any specific minimum distance between the same type. I am skeptical about an increase in nominal diameter insofar as the pressure of the flowing volume on deposits becomes lower with more cross-section, carrying away fewer deposits and thus clogging is not less likely. More inspection and flushing openings I consider more sensible in case of doubt than more cross-section.

Then he may also submit it at you, so we would know more

Well, I have the floor plan (that's how I came up with the green line), but no basic wiring plans from him. The site manager only prepares those once the building permit is obtained.
