Ok electricity and drinking water would take quite a while. Yes, the one pit is probably for him. Maybe I can still convince him, we'll see. Thanks already.

Are there any tips here regarding cables in the [GFL], which is regularly driven on?

Thanks and regards

if the GFL also becomes the construction road, lay the pipes deep enough, not under a driving lane, place them in a ditch. Build the construction road deep enough for the pavement, 8cm pavement (now drivable with 10 t)

But unfortunately still with the crux of the matter in the lower right corner of the image, the sewage shaft mentioned in the upper left corner of the image, no indications of the route to get there, and some nominal diameter specifications without any indication of the course of these pipes. So I am missing essential basics for understanding :-(

: The information is in the text, but I was already advised to keep it short and concise. I’ll try again with a drawing in the site plan.

Dark blue: This is the route of the wastewater pipe to the shaft, as planned by me and the neighbor, due to the given GFL strip and to save costs for earthworks (only one trench!).

Dark red: The site manager’s and plumber’s plan, with the statement to keep it as short as possible under the slab.

Light blue: My proposed alternative to save a change of direction and about 5m.

Green: The wastewater pipe of the neighbor as I planned it (just as a reminder that something is still coming there, his utility room is in the corner, but I have no planning draft from the construction company for his project).

1. Is my alternative better, worse, or indifferent?
2. Is this even sensible, or should we just make a new wastewater shaft closer to the GFL? Cost about 3,500 EUR for the connection fee alone without shaft and further earthworks.
3. What should be especially considered if the wastewater pipe (and also the other utilities) have to lie under the driveway on the GFL strip?

: Thanks already for your assessment. The construction road is supposed to run there as well, although we wanted to do all the piping work only after the shell construction phase in the hope that no very heavy vehicles would have to go there anymore then. I’m more concerned about the long-term load from repeated driving with two cars.

Thanks and regards

"Light blue" is my favorite because of the shorter pipeline with one less change of direction. Unfortunately, we do not know the terrain heights - shaft heights - which gives no reason to move the shaft closer to the GFL strip, but if it were moved to where "D" is indicated in the drawing, it would be about 17 meters less pipeline on your property. The slope over this route would be crucial for me regarding my "fears" about how "maintenance-hazardous" it might be.

for better neighborhood a new shaft, if Superneighbor uses the old shaft, make the light blue version due to fewer bends. Definitely DN125/150 for the shared line, no 90-degree bends, 3x30 or 2x45. Inspection openings made from T-piece with 45 degrees, 45-degree angle, 1m pipe upwards, closure cap. Our driveway is loadable up to 10t as permanent strength for van/car
