: The information is in the text, but I was already advised to keep it short and concise. I’ll try again with a drawing in the site plan.
Dark blue: This is the route of the wastewater pipe to the shaft, as planned by me and the neighbor, due to the given GFL strip and to save costs for earthworks (only one trench!).
Dark red: The site manager’s and plumber’s plan, with the statement to keep it as short as possible under the slab.
Light blue: My proposed alternative to save a change of direction and about 5m.
Green: The wastewater pipe of the neighbor as I planned it (just as a reminder that something is still coming there, his utility room is in the corner, but I have no planning draft from the construction company for his project).
1. Is my alternative better, worse, or indifferent?
2. Is this even sensible, or should we just make a new wastewater shaft closer to the GFL? Cost about 3,500 EUR for the connection fee alone without shaft and further earthworks.
3. What should be especially considered if the wastewater pipe (and also the other utilities) have to lie under the driveway on the GFL strip?
: Thanks already for your assessment. The construction road is supposed to run there as well, although we wanted to do all the piping work only after the shell construction phase in the hope that no very heavy vehicles would have to go there anymore then. I’m more concerned about the long-term load from repeated driving with two cars.
Thanks and regards
Tolentino
