With us, the civil engineer did it, he measured the slope with a leveling device and installed it, do not forget the inspection openings

Oh, I see. Funny how there are differing opinions among experts again. The demolition contractor currently working at our place ( ) said that you don’t do that, going to a handover shaft with two people; my neighbor should have a separate handover point installed in the GFL. The site manager, on the other hand, said that is often done when one person is in front and the other at the back, you just have to agree on the costs. (We would do a joint trench, so 50:50. The 5m from the neighbor is compensated anyway by more own work involvement in joint trades.) The site manager also said DN 150 is more than enough; you could even do DN 100, but that wouldn’t be his recommendation.

I would probably regulate this specification of the GFL, allowing the neighbor to also dock onto your line (and the corresponding cost allocation also for maintenance / sewer cleaning) here by notarial private law (i.e. additional contract without recording in the land register).

According to my understanding, this is already regulated in the [KV]. However, I will consult the executing notary on this matter again.

May I ask what it cost you? After all, the region would fit with you.
