The demolition contractor currently working at our place ( ) said that you don’t do that, going to a handover shaft with two people; my neighbor should have a separate handover point installed in the GFL. The site manager, on the other hand, said that is often done when one person is in front and the other at the back, you just have to agree on the costs. (We would do a joint trench, so 50:50. The 5m from the neighbor is compensated anyway by more own work involvement in joint trades.) The site manager also said DN 150 is more than enough; you could even do DN 100, but that wouldn’t be his recommendation.
