Wow, that is quite cheap. How long ago was that? Demolition and disposal plus site clearance are included for almost the same price for me as well. But not the pipes.

Cool, thanks. Ok, so it was indeed a little while ago. Was the pipeline issue with the associated earthworks accidentally itemized separately? That would be very interesting for me as we move forward.
