For the cooperative share, you also have insight and get something back at the end of the year?

How long is your price fixed?
How big and according to which standard do you build?
Do you have a heating load calculation and consumption estimate?

We were at the cooperative meeting last week, anyone who doesn't do this is really to blame themselves. We pay €250 fee annually and 0.54 cents plus tax, and a €13,000 connection fee. The project started 5 years ago, now with 88 participants the balance is almost zero euros, even with a slight surplus. Heating cheaper is almost impossible, apart from the fact that the power consumption of the transfer station and 2 pumps is a joke. They are now calculating whether to increase the €13,000 to €17,000 for new connections, simply because of higher costs, but even that is a joke for a heating system. Maintenance costs zero euros. A heat pump is much more complex and should be checked regularly, otherwise it becomes a power guzzler. Our neighbors installed a pellet heating system, it’s not like they weren’t asked if they wanted to connect, but those who don’t want to have already made their choice.

12x60€ is significantly more than 250?

If you are a member yourself, it's different than for a company that solely aims to make a profit... for you it's enough if you break even in the end...

With 416€ GG + 8.93 cents/kWh it's anything but cheap...

Yes, you have insight at the annual meeting.
Unfortunately, there has been nothing returned yet because every year is still being invested, and the system itself has only been in operation for 11 years. For example, a large photovoltaic system was installed on the roof a few years ago. This year, the entire site was fenced in.
The consumption price is definitely fixed for the next 2 years.
My house is 144 sqm and built according to KFW 55, with an additional controlled residential ventilation system.
The energy consultant calculated almost 13,000 kWh consumption without considering ventilation conditions. However, I think I will be well below that. But I will only know for sure in one year. Move-in is planned for January/February 23.
