Local heating or heat pump - advice / experiences?

Really cheap... At our price, 18000 kWh is a big number... I can almost heat with gas

Plus heating maintenance plus chimney sweep, plus huge box in the basement. If you have access to district heating, that is currently the most comfortable and sustainable solution.

But unfortunately not the cheapest with us :(

I did not fully understand your cost accounting, perhaps not the initial purchase, but probably over the years.

Well, we first have to pay a connection fee of 7800... Then according to [TAB] a storage tank + fresh water station for 5600...

Basic costs are therefore 13400
Ongoing costs are 416 euros base fee plus nearly 9 cents per kilowatt hour...

When I see your consumption and our price, I come to heating costs of 2023€ per year and I find that significantly too much for a new house...

But how much does a heat pump plus storage cost? Or a gas heating system? Then you have to calculate what you would have to pay annually for running costs? Heat pump electricity, gas heating gas, chimney sweep, chimney, maintenance, etc.

For district heating, electricity for the pumps... done.

For us, the connection was also around 13,000 euros (including transfer station).

And you would need a hot water boiler in any case as well.

The heat pump with a 190l tank would cost €12,111...

And I also constantly have 600l of hot water in the house in summer even though the heating is not running... They are constantly being heated
