You also have that with [Nahwarme], but over 100,000 euros there is a difference. And why 600 liters? Is that a 10-person household? We get 200 liters for 2. Or with mother-in-law, not empty. 600 liters also need to be heated. And you have hot water with [Nahwarme] too, right? So no, 20,000 to 112,000 would not be a discussion for me.

The operator stipulates it that way, I have to provide a storage tank with at least 600 liters... exactly, it has to be heated for 365 days which drives the costs up.

Ah yes, well that wasn't an issue for us, for us it was about the max heat demand, otherwise it gets more expensive, but how to connect to the handover there was no specification. But 600 liters, that's nonsense, even for 4 people

Of course it is, but I guess they want to have that to be able to throttle the system occasionally...

You basically have 2 circuits at the transfer station - 1x underfloor heating and the fresh water station

Yes, I have as well, and the supply temperature is definitely around 80 degrees. Had a short drop in heat once, but didn’t even notice it.

Hello, I would like to briefly get in touch here as well. I am currently building and have the opportunity to connect to the local heating network of our village. The costs for me are as follows. - €4600 cooperative share - €4800 transfer station - €60 monthly basic fee - €0.07 /kWh consumption A monthly advance payment of €150 is planned. With these prices, I do not have to think twice about whether a heat pump will ever pay off.
