Local heating or heat pump - advice / experiences?

What kind of technology have you installed as storage and fresh water station? The price with you is very fair...
With us, base fee 416 - operating price 0.0893/kW and almost 7500 connection fee - without - house entry

Would you maybe provide a few key data about the building/KFW standard and last consumption? Unfortunately, I can't find anything anywhere

The annual fee is 250 euros, I believe the connection fees were around 13,000 euros.

Nearly 200m² of living space with a separate apartment, KFW I think 55.

Fresh water includes a 200-liter boiler and underfloor heating, each via a pump, that's all there is. The transfer station has a heat exchanger inside, it goes to a distributor, one pump for the boiler, one mixer and pump for the underfloor heating.

Edited the post, we built according to the lowest KFW standard because we did not apply for funding and also have no ventilation system

Really cheap... At our price, 18000kwh is a big number... I can almost heat with gas

That's all there is, nothing more, except a 200-liter boiler which is completely sufficient for a 2-person household with occasional bathing and a separate apartment
