In any case, I would plan without an island - at least not in the dimension you have in a 4-person kitchen. It takes up too much space. I would put a 1.5-meter partition wall between the kitchen unit and the balcony and hang the TV on it. Sofa on the long free wall...

Oops, I thought the rest of the apartment (Bad, Wand) was predetermined?!

In the meantime, I'm sitting at the computer with a screen... the photo is so small, it's just not acceptable

OK, I don't know exactly how to enlarge a photo. I'll give it a try and upload it here again shortly. The main requirements are the cable duct and probably the toilet. But the less I change, the cheaper it will be.

I'll try again with the photo: I have now split it into two parts and also used a higher resolution. Let's see if it works.

Before you start making big plans, I would very carefully inquire about what is possible regarding potential renovations. This is an apartment, after all, and I hardly believe they will lay extra water and sewage pipes just for you. So, moving the kitchen to the other side is something I consider unrealistic. All the supply lines will be in the wall between the kitchen and bathroom and serve the entire building, that is, all apartments. Your freedom concerning the interior design will be limited to the walls between the bedrooms, possibly the bathroom/toilet, or the wall between the entrance area and the living room.

Otherwise, I fear you won't be able to change much about the lines that run through the entire building for all apartments.

So before you start cheerfully planning any water connections at other room ends or in the middle of a room, make sure to find out WHAT is possible and what is not.
