Look here:
the kitchen has become a two-liner from Ikea. I think it's great.

I also left the bathroom as indicated in the floor plan. There is a 90x180 shower and nice orange tiles. (all the women who have seen it so far liked it, all the men find it rather ugly).

For professional reasons, I need more space in the house and therefore bought a house in shell construction. Now the planning starts all over again.

Here are a few professional photos, in preparation for the sale of the apartment. It doesn't look this bright in real life.

Great apartment...

... I am also one of those who photograph real estate for marketing. I know what you mean by "bright".

Thank you! How nice that you like it. As a real estate photographer, you must have seen at least thousands of these apartments. I am really selling with a heavy heart. You don’t get that much light anywhere else. The kitchen is super practical and the bedrooms are fairly large. I would choose the same apartment again. Now I hope that with good planning I can create such a cheerful and beautiful atmosphere in my little house again. I am counting on the forum with all its combined experience.

If you want to take a look, here is the follow-up thread (with the same question...) but a different floor plan:

Anyway, many thanks for your help. I'm gradually getting the hang of it, but conceptual spatial thinking unfortunately isn't really "my thing."
