That's how it is: with diagonals you get a different perspective and longer axes. This creates interesting and more open areas in the garden, which can later be very well optimized through planting.

The idea is definitely very interesting. A minor issue could be the corner of the house in relation to parking or unparking the car.

Yes, it is not fully thought through yet. On the one hand, it would save some paved courtyard since I wouldn't need 4.5 meters across the entire width, but the entrance/exit and clean access to the entrance must of course be ensured. I am also still missing an idea for a smart garage solution to then adapt it there. Maybe someone already has experience with such a constellation?

I would move the house one meter to the left according to the plan. The corner of the house can be buffered with a bench and a plant so that no one drives into it. At the back, I would cover the resulting "triangle" with palisades - your second parking space. So it conveys that one can access between the garage and the house.

You mean that one can park again at the back next to the house? If I understood you correctly - I also don't want to "push in" there. What is actually not the purpose of the action right now, but rather to gain more space on the left in the garden.

Sorry, I don't like it at all. I guess I'm probably too square after all. When I'm standing in front of my house (from the street), I don't want to be looking at a corner.
