Then you live on a silver platter
Privacy screens also cast shadows
House connections become more expensive

2. Parking space possibly between the house and the street

Build a roof (Carport) between the garage and the house, then the children have protection from the rain when working on the bike, etc. And you can hold your parties there. In front of it, there is also space for cars to park temporarily,

A classic car is a good reason for a garage. Then keep it well separated from all the other (children's) things. I would prefer to have private garden life as far away from the street as possible.

May I bring up the amount once again: You have really given me a lot of input already. I have thought it all over again and have come up with another possibility for how I could position the house: What do you think about it? For background? The existing houses in the row behind (blue above) are slightly rotated towards the south, because their plots are also a skewed parallelogram and not a rectangle. My new plot is rectangular - but somehow it seems to me that by "rotating" the house a bit more space in the garden is created. The bottom right corner of the house could shift further to the right, because then there would still be space behind it for the entrance and it wouldn’t have to be IN FRONT of the garage anymore (distance). It just looks unusual. The blue house on the left next to it doesn’t exist yet, but in the "worst case" it would look like this. What do you think compared to the previously shown vertical alignment parallel to the property boundary? Many thanks

I think the idea is good. My brother lives in a residential area where the houses are arranged at an angle. This creates privacy in the garden.

However, I would now try to find a solution to get the entrance on the narrow side.
