Hello, we are just considering how best to use the property. What makes sense and what doesn’t?

The house dimensions are fixed, the terrace can/might still be enlarged, the garage fits approximately (data from brochure).

In the pictures:
Top is north
Bottom is south
Left is west
Right is east
The driveway would be from the east
In the west, sooner or later a house will certainly be built.

The marked area around is just meant to symbolize the 3m boundary.
Scale 1:100

In the first picture the entrance would be in the north and the terrace nicely in the south with lots of greenery.
The garage is offset to the west so that we could still cover 2-3m from the house to the garage to stay dry or to possibly put the laundry rack underneath.

... When I look at the section of the site plan that is hatched in red, the 19 m you entered in the north from your examples somehow don't fit. Those are supposed to be the values symbolizing the approximately 3 m boundary distance all around, right? Then the total at the bottom should be about 36 m and at the top 19+6=25 m ... but that also does not visually fit in proportion.

Can you check that?

Thanks for the info, I'm not at home but I think I know what went wrong, need to quickly talk to Mrs. I first measured everything etc. and later then marked the 3 m and did not subtract that from the measurements or the meters would be visible outside and not as I indicated and gave a wrong measurement at the top. Sorry. So the whole proportion at the top in width is not right, I have to redo it when I get home next week.

If you forgot to subtract the 6 m from the 19 m, then it could fit quite well again.

Yes, but there is still an incorrect measurement above for some reason. I had drawn it and dimensioned it and was done, then I thought I’d add the 3m boundary and from then on the previously written measurements were already wrong. All measurements would be -3m in length and -6m in width, but that causes too much confusion. I’ll redo it next week when I’m home again.
