I assume that the majority build the houses in order not to move out again immediately. Does anyone seriously believe that if the house is ever sold in the year 2052, anyone will still know the classification as a KFW 85, 70, 55, or 40 house? Even if you look at the current used real estate market and find a not too old house from the 2000s, I hardly believe that a classification as KFW 100, KFW 85, or KFW 70 makes much of a difference in price. People are just glad to have gotten a young used property at all; location, supply, and demand determine the price. I believe the resale value is a completely overrated argument.
