Have you inquired about the delivery times for the meter cabinet, heating, and possibly controlled residential ventilation?

As far as I know, all of that is already in the utility room. We do not have controlled residential ventilation. Have you received any instructions regarding ventilation or similar after the screed installation? We want to ask our site manager about that. At the moment, "somehow" a drying device is connected to the underfloor heating (still running on construction power). How is it with you? What type of screed do you have? Cement screed or calcium sulfate screed? I don’t know which one we have, but I assume cement screed since the drying time is longer.

We have 6 construction dryers that I have to empty 3 times a day. Additionally, the underfloor heating was connected via a heating cartridge. So I am in the house 3 times a day, ventilate for about 20 minutes, and empty the construction dryers.

Interesting, I really have to ask our site manager again. We only have this one device connected to the underfloor heating. We don’t have to empty water anywhere. Maybe the "thing" on the underfloor heating is also a cartridge? I have to research that. Are your walls already plastered or filled? That is supposed to be done here next week.

The interior plaster is already done. For about 3 weeks now.

That already looks really great with you. :-) What are you doing with the ceilings, do you have exposed beams?
