I did indeed express myself unclearly. We have been living here in the construction area for about 18 months, but the personal contacts are not yet close enough for me to ask about an overnight stay.

With us, it only depends on the supplier for the interior doors.

May I ask what is so important about the interior doors? My husband and I are just the two of us, so we could certainly do without interior doors for some time, maybe even with a child.
I can hardly wait to move into our house because then we will finally have a garden/nature around us again, but of course it must be taken into account whether and to what extent that already counts as a "handover."

Yes, according to the purchase contract from the end of September. But nowadays you never know what might still come up. Currently they can’t install the staircase railing because it is not available at the moment.

The stairs and staircase railing were also delayed by a few weeks for us.

Installing without interior doors is even better for the doors and frames.
There are no damages caused by construction workers and moving company.
The installation after moving in is done quickly and neatly.
