Is gas condensing boiler heating sensible for a newly built single-family house according to the Energy Saving Ordinance 2016?

What has not been mentioned at all: often unfortunately inexpensive air-to-water heat pumps with unpleasantly loud outdoor heat exchangers are installed. In summer, this is not a problem when enough heat can be extracted from the environment and heating is generally minimal. But in the transitional period, it can be disturbing. By the way, it is also a productive source of sustainable neighborhood disputes in densely populated residential areas when someone can no longer sleep with the window open because of the neighbor's heat exchanger unit.

Hehe, I didn't want to start a religious war here. But one should remain factual.
: Whenever it suits Putin, he just turns the gas tap for a moment. Or he threatens to; even if it's just to bully the transit countries. This has happened several times already.
: The problem is not the transit route, but the sender of the gas. Once Europe is sufficiently dependent, one can merrily dictate the prices. We will see.
. Why so wild? Bigotry is strictly defined and at least does not apply to me. In Thuringia, nearly 2/3 of the electricity is already generated regionally on site today. Considering the increasingly numerous madmen in government seats worldwide, isn't that a good alternative? And besides: If there are several nuclear power plants in SH, you of course don't need to import "evil" nuclear power from France and can take the "good" northern German one.
But I'll bow out now; have fun with Russian gas. :-)

P.S. I'm neither green nor red nor blue nor....

40% came from Russia last year. In the 80s, it was even 50% from the USSR.

And Germany is one of the biggest customers. If Putin now turns the screw, some other market participants (especially the USA with their shale gas) will be happy.

Such markets are simply not always easy to portray in black and white. It would be different if Russia were the only supplier of the raw material.

There are still people where the public-law opinion propaganda finds fertile ground? "Opinion" because none of your points can be substantiated even remotely with facts.

Or did we have a gas supply problem or noticeable price increase in Germany during the last Ukraine crisis? Strange, although so much was written and told about it. But let me guess: Trump is also such a very bad boy? And Brexit severely harms the economy... because... then everyone continues to -trade, -produce, -consume normally? Because exactly zero-point-zero-nothing changes in trade relations D-GB and GB-D compared to the last 50 years.

But now we are finally drifting off-topic, better leave it at that.

Yep, that's how it looks right now. Mr. Putin will be very cautious towards [D] when it comes to gas/oil. That's just how it is. You don't upset a major customer. Especially all the crises caused by the problem countries around were the decisive factor for the new pipelines here, to keep the best customer happy and independent of any neighborhood differences at any time and to be able to deliver as well.

And if Mr. Putin were to shut off the tap to [D] (the probability is in the per mille range), then we still have the just mentioned big brother with his liquefied gas, who would joyfully send the tankers.

But yes, back on topic...
