I had already doubted back in 2020 as the “bad guy” that it would work out. Now 18 months have passed – has your equity increased by 18*installment, or are you pushing the end of the financing back by 18 months (watch out for retirement entry), or are you increasing the monthly installment? I remember you had already calculated very tightly at that time (against the background that one salary will be lost) – furthermore, both prices and financing costs have risen massively in the 18 months.

I haven’t read all 18 pages here, but what appears to me is that your plan is not feasible like this. “Accept it, change it or leave it.” You are not willing to compromise, so your only option is to give up your plan. I don’t know exactly where you want to build/buy, but if there simply is nothing suitable there, then that’s how it is.
