Without knowing what is included in the "turnkey" offer, it is difficult to speak about the total costs. Also: does the house company offer the plot as well? Basically, it must be said that the salary does not really invite building. You should already have some craftsmanship skills and know a few club members to contribute own work. And of course: additional purchase costs come on top.
We still have a 2nd car (was paid in cash..) And my workplace is currently 7 km away, so bike or motorcycle works But we want to have a little something in reserve (car repairs etc.)
Why do you still have the second car? Get on the bike, save costs, sell the car and do something good for your back!
A semi-detached house or terraced house doesn’t really appeal to us.. so we remain with an existing property then But it also has to suit us a little, because I don’t want to become unhappy...
A bungalow is more expensive than a pitched roof house... something more expensive does not suit you due to the low capital. Financially, a semi-detached house, a terraced house, or an existing property would fit you better. Reflect on yourselves a bit: level of salary, chance for better salaries is zero, a car loan, children who need care and no saving potential. The dream of a new single-family house does not fit very well here.
Own work would consist of interior finishing (drywall).
Does this mean that a shell house is being offered? The garage should simply be set aside!
And if it’s not a shell house and not a developer house, then there are additional building costs of 20,000–30,000 to add.
