: He writes something about "fixed price AI without painting work," so ancillary construction costs should also be included, right?
@Hagimann2000: I consider your breakdown of your costs to be too superficial and inaccurate.
1) Fixed costs: Break down each item separately! Are 400 or 700 euros cold rent included in the 900 euros? That would give your rate 300 euros more or less room.
2) Household money: As already mentioned here, I consider 300 euros to be unrealistic since that would have to include EVERYTHING that does not appear elsewhere.
3) "Savings rate Leana": Child from another relationship? What about any maintenance obligations (possibly also in the future)?
4) Insurances:
First of all, you don’t need two private liability insurances; together pick a good one with current conditions. That should then cost around 10 euros/month max. You can have accident insurance but actually don’t have to. If it really has to be one, definitely review it again – I just recently saw a friend who had an ancient policy with comparatively poor conditions (100k and only 150% progression) costing a hefty 54 euros/month.
If I then calculate partial comprehensive car insurance liability for the "Dacia," at least around 70-80 euros remain for the "DEVK life insurance" and another 70 euros for the Axa life insurance. I don’t know how old (and worthwhile) these contracts are, but considering your overall rather tight calculation, I find 150 euros per month just for life insurance fairly generous. Possibly consider a "simple" term life insurance here and above all insure both! If your wife dies, you couldn’t keep the house on your salary alone any more than she could in the opposite case.
The important occupational disability insurance is missing again.
5) Projector credit: You have 60k liquid assets lying around but buy a projector on installments? Anyway, hopefully it will be paid off soon and thus actually has no place in your cost breakdown. Better to form a (mental) reserve from the equity.
6 & 7) Gasoline and car maintenance: If you drive about 800 km every month, 30 euros for maintenance is by far not enough. Here I would also break down more precisely by "repairs," "tax," and "new purchase/depreciation."
