Is a new building realistic?

That is of course a huge kitchen and then also from a brand company and there the more expensive line again. We see it rather soberly. Is cooking our hobby? No, it is not. Would a cheap kitchen from the hardware store be enough? YES, it would. Do we want to be annoyed in 5 years because the hardware store kitchen falls apart? No, we don’t!

My hobby is home theater. I have a setup worth a few thousand euros for projector, screen, AV receiver, speakers. Surely there will be users here who say "We only watch Tatort on Sunday, so our 40-inch TV for 500€ is enough."

Everyone has different priorities, of course we would rather have a station wagon from a luxury brand but the 2011 Ford Focus is enough, of course we would like a kitchen in the country house style with island group etc., we would gladly have a swimming pool in the garden.
