Interpretation of the 1957 development plan <-> possibilities for new construction

Good morning everyone, many thanks for your extensive responses. They help me better assess the planning considerations of the community and especially the history. With that, I would try to use the northeastern part of the building area behind the garage within the framework of the normal setback rules. And only apply the 6m limit of the building area to the area in front of the garage.

What year are you from, i.e. how much of an "unknown planet" is the 1950s era to you?

Good morning,
the employee from the office is currently on vacation. Therefore, I can only clarify the question in September.

But another question has come up for me:
Am I allowed to place a hobby workshop shed... etc. anywhere within the building window?
Of course, I have to observe and consider the distance areas to the property boundaries (at least 3m).
But what about the distances to the house?
As far as I know, distance areas must not overlap.
In the sketch, however, the house (blue) and the workshop (green) would slightly overlap.

If it were an extension to the house, there are no distance areas between the house and the extension...
Does the extension have to have direct access to the house, or can it be completely independent?
Does the extension have to be built together with the house, or could it also be done later as an addition (= new building application)?
