Such massive structures and terrain modifications at the GSG are, in my opinion, subject to approval because the clearance area is being affected.

I mean the neighbor's wall.

Yes, we are still in the approval process. However, this has been communicated to the building authority.

Oh, now I understand. The neighbor will not have been granted permission for that.

It is likely that a permit must exist for the wall with fence shown in the picture. At least from the affected neighbor. So from you or from the previous owner of your property. Aside from the building authority. How long is this retaining wall? Haven't you submitted a building application yet?

Yes, we have.

I did some editing. In red are the new planned heights and in blue the existing heights. I hope you understand what I mean and can see it. Our house is practically enclosed by all the surrounding properties. Our property is the boot, which starts at the turning circle in front and extends to the back left.
