At least that's how I feel :D

I have to say that all my fears regarding the owners' association were unfounded.

If I had approached the people from the beginning, I would have saved myself a lot of headaches.

Well, better late than never.

Update: the work to install our L-shaped stones started on Wednesday.

There is a written agreement between all owners, as previously discussed.

The costs for the L-shaped stones including concrete etc. will be around 20k.

In addition, there are containers and removal + disposal of soil + stones (so far 50cbm - 1190€). 2 removals at 200€ net each will probably be added on top.

In the end, our planned budget of 30k should hopefully be sufficient.
