Well, the circumference is probably larger, or to reach the circumference of one ventilation module you can hammer many nails, but I also think that at some point it’s the quantity that matters, or as Uwe82 says, one is more willing to accurately seal 10 vents than hundreds of nails, sockets, cables, etc.

Good morning

I have also just built, of course also with I level. That significantly reduces the potential weak points.
When installing a decentralized ventilation system, you usually stay within the insulated building and only have openings for exhaust and fresh air.

Are the cables laid loose in the installation level or in empty conduits?

Actually, it does not make a difference whether with or without an installation level. This cannot be answered universally. NYM cables may also be laid without conduit pipes. However, they can also be laid in conduit pipes. If single wires are to be used, conduit pipes must be used. Satellite and network cables must also be laid in conduit pipes in order to be replaceable if necessary.

Hi,

please don’t immediately shout "Jehovah" and start throwing stones, but I still have to ask:

If an installation layer is added in a prefab house, the wall becomes thicker (= the house is smaller inside) and the house more expensive and complex.

Isn’t it simpler to build solidly?

I used to think prefab houses were significantly cheaper, but meanwhile I have learned that the opposite is usually the case.

So why go through these contortions?

Best regards,

Andreas

The term "prefabricated house" implies that due to other consumer goods. But that is really not the case. Prefabricated houses have different advantages and disadvantages, but that’s not what this is about.

Not necessarily. Most manufacturers simply have a standard wall with a certain thickness and then make a house KfWxx-capable for an extra charge by making the wall thicker on the inside, which automatically creates an installation level.

We looked for a manufacturer that already includes this in the standard wall, which is then 31 cm thick. With that, we have already almost reached Kfw55, which is difficult with solid construction, or at least significantly more expensive. With a 36 cm wall, most automatically have an installation level.
