You can connect directly into the inwalls of Unifi with field-terminable connectors and installation cables. However, you need different flush-mounted boxes. Or simply remove the landose, attach a keystone to the installation cable, connect a patch cable, and mount the access point over the hole. Use a switch with PoE so that you don’t need a power connection at the access point.

A fan module of our decentralized ventilation system is planned in the technical room.

Recessing means in my case that the front part of the server cabinet in the technical room would stick out, and the back part would stick out on the other side of the wall (under the stairs).

That way I could easily access both sides, right?

What kind of "cool switch" is there for example? Or what is the term I need to search for to find one with manageable ports?

Preferably one with a few PoE ports to have the option to possibly operate one or two APs through it.

The version with the cabinet works. You just have to make sure that it fits with the side panels.

As a network, I recommend Unifi. Both switch, access point, and possibly router.
You can run the controller on the Cloudkey, NAS, PC... etc.
This gives you all the possibilities regarding VLANs, multiple WiFis....

First of all, thanks to everyone for the great feedback within such a short time!

I would simply leave them mounted. I slide the cabinet into the wall opening and screw two screws at the top, bottom, and sides through the server rack panel into the wooden wall. That should hold.

[*]Does a PC then have to run all the time telling the switch which port should have which properties? Or can I configure it once and it stays “on the switch” stored?
[*]How do I then ground the whole thing? Or do I even have to for this size?
[*]Is there a frame for the SAT distribution for the server rack on which I can mount the whole thing?
[*]In the server rack there would then be the FritzBox (router) which simultaneously emits a WLAN signal. Would an additional access point in the pantry (on the other side of the house) then be sufficient for my house area for both floors? I could also mount it under the ceiling there

You need a controller that runs permanently. In your case, probably the Cloudkey. It gets power via POE. Just place it in the rack. It is small. Otherwise, many things won’t work. I would downgrade the Fritzbox to a modem/telephone system and get a Unifi router (USG). If you are on DSL or fiber and do not need the telephone function, I would omit the Fritzbox and only use a modem. The Fritzbox can’t do anything properly and also has too little performance for e.g. VPN. It also can’t handle VLANs. That is the biggest problem. For APs (indoors) use the NanoHD. Switch with POE depending on the desired number of ports. As USG either the very small or the medium one. With the medium one you can also use IPS/IDS up to 250 Mbit and it is a 19“ case. If you don’t want to use either, the small one is enough. Without IPS/IDS it achieves 1 Gbit WAN. Discuss the grounding with the electrician. You just need grounding where the cabinet will be placed. The cabinets then have a grounding connection. Google [Sat Verteiler 19 Zoll]. There you will find what you are looking for.
