You can place your provider router or a cable FritzBox next to the antenna socket and connect it to the network socket with a patch cable. In the central cabinet, the keystone modules (termination jacks for the network cables) still need to be installed. If you install a small switch there, you can connect all the network sockets together. This way, all network sockets have internet, and you can install access points.
Normally, I would always separate the router and WLAN, but with the minimal network cabling, I would use a FritzBox 6591 and start with an AVM 2400 on the other floor, which is operated as an access point via LAN. For WLAN, it is always important that the devices are positioned as high and free as possible.
