Applause! That's exactly my point. Everyone "complains" about TuC, TM, etc. But the fact is: it’s a house and you can live in it, and certainly better than in a 2-room social apartment. And on the other hand (I didn’t want to quote fully) maybe also once again "back-to-the-roots," that is a manageable size (does it really have to be 160 sqm just because the buddy has 150?) And yes, semi-detached houses are also a worthwhile alternative when land prices are beyond good and evil...... and when you read the threads here, I am the first to say that building cheaply is still possible today with the right demands and the right attitude.
